We accept Cash payments o for deliveries made within U.A.E,
Express Delivery means we can deliver your products within 24 hours (holidays may affect this timeline). You will receive a call from our team for any changes.
- Delivery charges for UAE cities range from 20 AED to 35 AED.
- For deliveries to the western region and farther distances from cities, charges start from 50 AED.
- For large and heavy products, the delivery price will be provided by phone after checking with shipping companies.
Currently, we ship within the UAE. We are working on expanding our shipping services to other countries. If you have specific items you need delivered internationally, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971502033345. We will check the freight options for you and get back to you as soon as possible. If the freight cost is suitable, we will arrange the delivery and provide you with all the details.
Our (shortest) delivery delay within U.A.E : 1- 5 working day after placing your order.(if the items is available in our warehouse)
Our (longest) delivery delay within U.A.E : 7 – working days after placing your order. In case your order isn’t in stock, you will receive an email following your order to inform you of the delay estimated to get your items or we will refund your payments to the same mode payments you made.
Returns & refunds policy:
The management reserves the right to evaluate decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of returns for living things based on the
circumstances of each animal and the discretion of the management.
Unopened and undamaged pet food can be returned, but specialized or custom-requested foods are non-refundable.
The return policy for items purchased through (Buy on Google) specifies that items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, applicable to new or as-delivered items.
It is stipulated that the processing time for returns and issuing refunds will be approximately one week from the date of receiving the returned items.
Customers are informed that the refund amount does not include shipping and service fees, covering only the value of the returned items.
Emphasis is placed on directing all return and refund requests through the store directly for the convenience and expeditious processing for our customers.
Confirmation is provided that the refunded amount will be returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction. For instance, if the payment was made in cash, the refunded amount will be provided in cash. If the payment was made via Visa or a similar electronic method, the amount will be refunded to the card or electronic method used for the initial payment.

If you receive a damaged item, please send a photo of the damaged product via WhatsApp to 0502033345 at any time. We will take your details and arrange for an immediate replacement. Our team strives to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping.
We strive to ensure you receive all the items in your order. However, if any item is out of stock after you have placed your order and paid via credit card, you will receive a full refund for the product price within 14 working days.
